Self-administering an injection can be daunting. That’s why we’re here to support you. Please watch this informational video, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have more questions. Anything around preparing, storing, or administering your NAD+ injection, medical questions or feedback- we love to hear it all, good and bad.

Quick Guide

Step 1

Draw up

Place your vial, syringe and fresh needle on a clean, disinfected surface. Wipe the vial top with an alcohol swab and let it air‑dry. Draw air into the syringe equal to your dose, then inject that air into the vial. Invert the vial and slowly withdraw the solution. Tap the syringe to bring bubbles to the top, and gently expel them until a tiny drop appears at the tip.

Step 2

Dose

Always confirm that the volume in the syringe exactly matches your prescribed dose before proceeding. Each increment of 0.1 ml on the insulin syringe corresponds to either 10 or 20mg of NAD+, depending on whether you have a 100 mg/mL or 200 mg/mL vial, respectively. Start with 20 mg and follow our titration guide. We’ll send you messages and collect feedback to help you find your optimal dosage!

Step 3

Inject

Administer the NAD+ injection subcutaneously, meaning just under the skin- for instance into your lower abdomen, belly fat, upper thigh, buttocks or glute, whichever works best for you. Follow our video or your healthcare provider’s specific instructions for subcutaneous injection technique.

Titration Phase Guide: Your NAD+ Journey

You’ll be progressively increasing your dose over the next 3-4 months, to discover what works best for you.
As with any substance, it’s best to start low and slow, giving your body time to acclimatize to new changes.

We’ll be texting you to remind you to change your dose and collecting feedback to make sure you’re feeling good.

Right after you submit your intake, a physician will analyze your answers and make sure that it’s safe for you to proceed. They may reach out to you if they need further information, so please stay vigilant for any incoming messages on our patient portal, where you can easily communicate with our medical team.

Processing at Pharmacy

Assuming the physician determines that treatment is fitting, a prescription is sent to our 503A, FDA-regulated compounding pharmacy, that meticulously prepares your personalized medication.

Friday orders may be shipped on Monday, to ensure optimal cold shipping conditions.

Shipping

As soon as your prescription is prepared and ready for dispatch, we’ll send you a text containing the tracking details. We use FedEx 2-day shipping, scheduling dispatches from Mondays to Thursdays.

This avoids weekend delays and ensures your product arrives nicely cool.
