This phase generally spans around 3-5 business days. Occasional minor delays are possible – we prioritize excellence, and achieving top quality can sometimes necessitate a bit more time!

Shipping Your Prescription

As soon as your prescription is prepared and set for dispatch, we will send you a notification containing the tracking details. We collaborate with partners who provide FedEx 2-day shipping, strategically scheduling dispatches from Monday to Wednesday to circumvent any potential delays over the weekend. This step is usually completed within approximately 2 days.
