We’re here to guide you through the process and ensure everything goes smoothly.
Here’s what happens next:
1. Doctor Review & Prescription Approval
● Your intake will be reviewed by a doctor to approve your prescription.
● Once approved, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
2. Pharmacy Fulfillment & Shipping
● The pharmacy will prepare your medication, and the typical turnaround time is 4-6 business days.
● You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
● Pro Tip: If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Delivery & Dosage Instructions
● Your medication will arrive within 2 business days after shipping.
● Your doctor will send dosage instructions and additional information via the messenger portal in your account.
● To view these instructions, sign in to your account and check the messenger portal.

4. Managing Your Prescription
● Pause or Stop Your Prescription: You can pause or stop your prescription at any time for any reason.
● To make changes, visit your Patient Dashboard, click on your medication, and manage your future orders.
● Important Note: If your subscription is paused or stopped for more than 3 months, it will expire. A new intake will be required for your doctor to provide a new prescription.
