Administer the NAD+ injection subcutaneously, meaning just under the skin, following your healthcare provider’s specific instructions for subcutaneous injection technique.

Should they need further information, they may reach out to you, so please stay vigilant for any communications from your physician. You have continuous access to your secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal, where you can promptly reply to your doctor’s inquiries. This stage generally spans approximately 1-2 days.

Step 2

Processing at Pharmacy

Should the physician determine that treatment is fitting your prescription will be dispatched to our 503A compounding pharmacy, regulated by the FDA, to meticulously customize your medication. This phase generally spans around 3-5 business days. Occasional minor delays are possible – we prioritize excellence, and achieving top quality can sometimes necessitate a bit more time!

Step 3

Shipping Your Prescription

As soon as your prescription is prepared and set for dispatch, we will send you a notification containing the tracking details. We collaborate with partners who provide FedEx 2-day shipping, strategically scheduling dispatches from Monday to Wednesday to circumvent any potential delays over the weekend. This step is usually completed within approximately 2 days.
