How to take a prescription medicine — the dose, the timing, how to prepare or store it — comes from the person who prescribed it and from the label that arrives with it. Enovone does not replace either of those, and Ena will not override them. What she can do is help you fit everything together.
Ask her about timing and food
Ena reads your full list — prescriptions, supplements and anything over the counter — on every answer, so she can answer in ordinary language:
- “Show me my supplement schedule.”
- “Build me a daily schedule for what I am taking.”
- “Which of these should I take with food?”
- “Move my magnesium to bedtime.”
There are no forms for this. You adjust it by saying what changed.
Pausing and restarting
To pause something, say put [item] on hold; to start again, reintroduce [item]. That happens in the conversation — so if you have stopped something for good, also remove it from What I Take so your record matches reality.
Take the plan with you
Ask for a printable supplement plan and Ena turns it into a PDF — timing, doses and what to take with food — that you can stick on the fridge or hand to your doctor. It is saved for you under Downloads.
Good to know: if anything about a prescription worries you, or the label and the app seem to disagree, go with the label and talk to your prescriber.
