1. Create Your Account
Go to live.enov.one and create your account. Check your email to verify, then accept the Patient Disclaimer.
2. Complete Your Setup
Follow the prompts to add:
- Profile: Basic health information, medications, and supplements
- DNA: Upload your raw DNA file
- Labs: Upload your bloodwork
- Questionnaire: Answer a few health questions
Your report will unlock once Ena has enough information to analyze.
3. Upload Your Health Data
You can upload files directly from the + button in chat or through My Labs.
For best results
Upload original lab PDFs and your raw DNA file rather than screenshots or summary reports. But either will work!
4. Ask Ena Questions
Once you’re set up, just ask questions in the chat. You can ask about your labs, genetics, medications, supplements, symptoms, or recommendations.
Try:
- “Explain my report to me.”
- “What do my labs say about my energy?”
- “What are your recommendations for me?”
- “Why am I sluggish in the afternoon?”
5. Keep Your Information Updated
Keep your medications and supplements current so Ena has the right information when answering your questions. Go to Profile → What I Take to add or update them, or simply tell Ena about a change in chat.
6. Explore Your Report
Once all your data is processed, select Report to see your:Insights, Recommendations, & Treatments
You can ask Ena questions about anything in your report without leaving the page.
7. That’s It!
The more complete your health information is, the more personalized Ena can be.
