Some of what Ena recommends is a prescription item, and those work a little differently from a supplement. You can add them to your cart the same way — but nothing ships until a provider has reviewed the order. The card tells you so underneath before you add it.
What happens after you check out
- Your order appears on your orders page with its own card — what it is, its order number, and where it has got to.
- A provider reviews it. Until that review is done, nothing goes to the pharmacy.
- Once it is approved, the card moves on through the stages — for example At the pharmacy — and Track order opens the whole journey as a timeline, with the date of each step.
If the card says “Action needed”
That means the order is waiting on you, not on us. The most common one is Complete your health history: your prescription cannot go to the pharmacy until those questions are answered. Tap it, answer them, and the order carries on.
Keeping your list current matters more here
Ena reads what you take on every answer she gives, so she can flag interactions and avoid recommending something you are already on. If you start or stop a prescription, tell her in the chat in plain language, and update What I Take so the record matches reality.
Renewals, skips and cancelling
A prescription you take regularly is a subscription. Tap your initial in the top-right corner and choose Manage subscription & billing to change how often it arrives, move the next renewal date, skip a fill, or pause and cancel it.
Good to know: every tracking page has a “Need help with this order?” link at the bottom that emails our team about that specific order, so you never have to explain which one you mean.
